Debian buster pseudo lsb package for Epson driver package

So I've created the corresponding hacked together "lsb" package. Read the README file below before installing the "lsb" packages!

The "lsb" packages were created with equivs.

PS: The printer is so far working well under Debian buster, however the scanner doesn't get recognized.
